Aside from her technical skills, Allie’s warm and friendly demeanor creates a safe and welcoming space for her clients. She believes that a positive and comfortable experience is just as important as the medical results.
Alex (Allie)’s passion for body work also extends beyond her practice. As a dancer and past yoga instructor, she recognizes the benefits of a holistic approach to wellness. She encourages her clients to incorporate self-care practices such as stretching and mindfulness into their daily routines.

Ali is licensed in New York State, Florida and Hawaii, receiving her training from New York College of Health Professions, Bali International Spa Academy, and North Shore Ashiatsu and Massage. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Traditional Swedish, Thai, and Balinese Technique, Ashiatsu/ Barefoot Massage, Prenatal and Infant Massage, and Reflexology.
Ali has been passionate about massage therapy from a young age, working intuitively throughout her career. She trusts in bodywork as a main component to support a wholistic state of wellbeing and considers listening a key aspect in providing an adequately customized session, and believes in holding the highest positive intention during each treatment.
In her free time she enjoys yoga, weight training, spending time in nature, crafting and cooking for her family.
